Alaskans Approve of Senator Murkowski’s Job Ahead of Primary Election

This week, the Morning Consult reported that Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) has seen her job approval “improve more than any other senator” since the first quarter of 2021. The Morning Consult reported that 46% of Alaska voters approve of her job performance ahead of the August 16th primary election.

The Morning Consult also reported that the size of improvement to Murkowski’s net approval rating – up 22 percentage points – is second only to Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia, who has seen a 27-point boost in that same time frame.

“It’s clear that voters favor candidates who get things done, and that independent-minded legislators are the ones moving policy forward,” said Nate Adams, campaign manager. “Lisa Murkowski consistently delivers real results for our state, and the people of Alaska appreciate that.”
